Sparkling wine
Production:
This sparkling wine is produced with the traditional or champenoise method, the same used in Champagne region, in France, in which the bubbles are formed naturally inside each bottle, without injecting gas.
It has been in contact with its lees for 24 months and the grapes come from certified 100 years old vines, which are selected and harvested by hand during the early morning hours. It is an only 1.000 bottles production by year, processed and packed by hand in its origin.
